Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna’s Pushpa 2: The Rule has made history by becoming the fastest Indian film to cross USD 1 million in pre-sales at the US box office, the makers announced on Tuesday. The news highlights the growing dominance of the Pushpa franchise in the international market. The film’s success in pre-sales is a testament to the anticipation and excitement surrounding the sequel.
Pushpa 2: The Rule is the follow-up to the highly successful 2021 film Pushpa: The Rise, which was a massive hit across India. Directed by Sukumar, the sequel brings back Allu Arjun in the titular role of Pushpa Raj, with Rashmika Mandanna reprising her role as Srivalli and Fahadh Faasil returning as SP Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat.
